Cedar Hills is a younger foothills community in northern Utah County, nestled between Alpine and Pleasant Grove. At about 10,000 people, it's grown quickly and attracts families with children, which means the community character can feel busier than some quieter neighboring towns. The roughly 1,200 Medicare residents here are often older homeowners who were here before the growth accelerated. Cedar Hills itself doesn't have a hospital, but Utah Valley Hospital in Provo is about 10 miles south, and American Fork Hospital is roughly the same distance. Both are Intermountain facilities, so the network choices are consistent with neighboring communities.
