Medicare Prescription Payment Plan M3P Calculator

Eligibility

The Medicare Prescription Payment Plan is a Medicare Part D payment option that helps you spread your out-of-pocket prescription drug costs over the calendar year, from January through December. Use the calculator below to see how to "smooth" out your payments. Starting in 2025, Medicare lets you spread drug costs across the year instead of paying big in January. This calculator helps you figure out if the M3P plan saves you money or not. Put in your prescriptions and see what your monthly payments would look like.
